Join The Fight!

The SF-2 Falcon needs you!




The remarkable Alliance Frigate is in need of a crew - whether you want your character to be an expert in tech or combat, a biotic or just someone who helps run the ship - the SF-2 needs help.

If you would like to have your character featured in this story, these are the requirements so you can join the fight against the Reapers.

You must include:
  • Name.
  • Age.
  • Race (see below for options and information)
  • Appearance (include casual clothing - most of the time your character will wear the black and blue SF-2 uniform).
  • Personality.
  • Job on board the starship.
  • Powers? Does your character have biotics or are they mainly weapon based? If so, how powerful are they?
  • Why they want to join.
  • Any assistance they will bring on board the Falcon.
  • Are they an expert in anything? Are they good at technology? Are they good at fighting?
  • Anything/anyone they like/dislike?
  • Combat experience?
  • Does your character have any ties with Cerberus, the Council, C-Sec (Citadel Security) or the Alliance? (note - Cerberus = bad guy).
  • Do you want your character to be recruited, or already on the Falcon? If so, under what circumstances do you want your character to be found?
  • Any weapon type they favour? (rifle, SMG, pistol, shotgun, sniper... or something bigger like a grenade or rocket launcher?)




The available powers are as follows:


Biotic

Biotics focus on the control and manipulation of dark energy using Element Zero implants. They can create mass effect fields that can do several things.

Warp - the ability to rip an enemy apart at a molecular level. (has to be thrown)
Shockwave - you can create a mass effect field that will cause a shockwave and topple everything in its path (has to be thrown).
Barrier - a kinetic barrier created by a mass effect field that can block enemy attacks and most other things.
Throw - the ability to launch someone backwards using a mass effect field. (has to be thrown)
Pull - once this hits an enemy it will pull them towards you, leaving them helpless for several seconds. (has to be thrown).
Singularity - you can create a gravitational field that will lift nearby enemies into the air and leave them dangling helplessly until you dissipate it (has to be thrown).
Warp ammo - you can fuse your biotic powers with your weapons, increasing their damage against enemy shields, armour and health.
Statis - leaves an organic opponent unable to move for several moments (thrown).
Dominate - your biotics overwhelm an organic enemy's mind, making them fight for you for a limited amount of time. (thrown and NOTE - once it runs out the enemy will attack you again).

You are allowed to pick three of these options for your character, if you want your character to have biotics.


Tech

(please note - if your character is a biotic they will not be able to use tech powers)

Combat Drone - the ability to summon a holographic drone that will help you in combat. (Can take damage and will eventually fade, but can be summoned again).
AI Hacking - you can take over synthetic (robotic) opponents for a short period of time (similar to dominate).
Tactical Cloak - you can become invisible for a short amount of time.
Energy Drain - you can absorb energy from an enemy's shield to increase your own.
Neural Shock - similar to statis but without the use of biotics.

You may choose three of these options as long as you have no other ability.



Medical

All characters are granted the ability to use Medi-Gel (can heal people - to an extent - cuts and bruises etc.) as normal. If you want your character to be focused on being able to heal people please say so, though you can only choose one from ONE ability from any of the powers stated.



Combat

Fragmentation Grenade - the ability to throw grenades (available to everyone).
Concussive Shot - you can fire a round from your weapon that stuns nearby enemies for several seconds.
Armour Piercing Rounds - all your guns are equipped with special rounds that allow you to shoot through enemy armour easier.
Cryo Ammo - your ammunition has a chance to freeze enemies (makes them unable to move + you can shatter them).
Incendiary Ammo -  your ammunition has a chance to set enemies on fire.
Disruptor Ammo - the rounds fired from your gun contain small electric fields that can disrupt synthetic enemies, have a chance to disable enemy weapons. They are also effective against enemy shields.

You may choose three of these options.


Note - you cannot mix/match any of the different powers from different categories unless stated with the Fragmentation Grenade and Medi-Gel.




Race

Your character does not have to be human. Unless you specify otherwise it will be the default, though. You can choose from several options.

Quarian - a nomadic species of humanoids who travel around in a large group of starships called the Migrant Fleet. Their immune system is very weak due to travelling for so long on a ship with completely sterile air, meaning they have to stay in environmental suits all the time to stop them from becoming ill. Note - a Quarian biotic is rare. Most of them are tech specialists.
If you wish your character to be a Quarian - make sure to set your name out properly. Quarian names consist of four parts. 1. Their actual name. 2. Their clan separated by a '.
So for your character it would be your first and last name separated by a '.
Make sure you specify the mask and suit colour, as Quarians will be the only race that will not wear the SF-2 uniform.



Asari - a race of genderless humanoids with blue skin. Asari are powerful biotics from birth. By human perspectives each is female in gender, though they are actually genderless. (recommended only if your character is female - otherwise it'd be kind of weird for a male character to look like a girl). They can live for hundreds of years.



Salarian - most Salarians tend to be scientists. They are very quick-thinking and quick-acting creatures, meaning that all other races seem slow to them. They do not have a very long life span, however. Less than a human.




Turian - Turians are generally soldiers or combat specialists. They are made of the same protein as Quarians - meaning all other proteins (e.g. food) is poisonous to them. Many Turians are C-Sec officers as they were the first to propose the organisation. They are very tough and are known for their militaristic role in the council.

    Are they an expert in anything? : Good in using the drone as her bodyguard.
    Anything/anyone they like/dislike: Jellyfish, mushrooms, long-legged spiders.
    Combat experience: No.
    Does your character have any ties with Cerberus, the Council, C-Sec (Citadel Security) or the Alliance? No. She's not really into politics.
    Do you want your character to be recruited, or already on the Falcon? If so, under what circumstances do you want your character to be found? Recruited.
    Any weapon type they favour? Probably rather something small and not so loud.

    personality: Bubbly and always looking on the bright side.
    Powers: Combat Drone, Energy Drain , Tactical cloak.
    reasons to join: want's to be some use to the world and is great at fighting. is great with electronic devices.

    want's to be recruted on the falcon not already on board. I want him to be found being attacked by a Husk and putting up a good fight.

    favours a pistol and is good with guns.

    1. Sorry my iPod is acting up.
      She has raven black shoulder length hair and has two colored eyes- dark brown and blue? I guess? Casual clothing are trousers and a black trench coat.
      She is a medic on board, and has been on board, mostly to help heal people in any way possible. She is snarky but sincere and caring in a mother-hen type of way. Determined and spunky.. You get my drift.
      She also is skilled in many hand to hand combat types and knows how to use multiple weapons
